  It would be interesting to do a survey to see how many people had dogs who were born with LS and were line bred but not sharing who the breeders are.  We don't need to slam good breeders.  I say this as a buyer who is unhappy with hers but I have no interest in hurting anyone's breeding program.  But yes...I wonder about the line breeding.  One veterinarian suggested that LS is getting worse because the gene is mutating.  Well...woudl that do that more with line breeding????  I dont' know...not an expert there.
