The show on TLC lastnight, I can make you Thin? I think it's a 5 week show..anyway, this is how he says to lose weight..the first 4 were
1) eat when you're hungry
2) eat what you want
3) eat consiously
4) quit when you're full
Now, on number 3, what he wants you to do, is take a bit of food, put your fork down and chew that food 20 times.
This one lady has lost I think over 160 pounds by doing this..
