 same problem here!!
i have the same problem with my little guy munch, he will be 6 months on the 23rd and neither of his has dropped so we will be looking into surgery for him also . i havent gotten all the details yet cause i have been waiting for him to lose as many teeth as he can so we can have any that are left pulled at the same time. my vet said there is a greater chance of cancer if they are left up inside.  and i really hate the thought of him having surgery he weighs right at 5# and he looks so little next to my other dogs who are 10# pluse. but i know it needs to be done. i would apperciate any other info that anyone has on this subject. thank you lynne
