Default advise

Get the advise of an attorney. You need to know your rights. If 3 people pass the test, it does not make the 4th guilty...some people can lie and pass a test...others results can be termed "inconclusive"..meaning it was not possible to determine if they were being truthful or lying...that is why polygraph results are not permissible in court...if a person fails one, it gives the police an edge to look for more evidence against that person to convict, but a conviction can not be based on test results only..talk to a lawyer.

PS..there is no way I would let just anyone give me a test...a test is only as good as the person who gives it and reads it...
