In the winter, I don't cut them. I do try to cut them in the spring/summer time around 1-2 times. And we love the puppy cut, he looks sooo cute.
I was looking online and saw the Oster, Wahl and Andis. From reviews from Amazon, I'm leaning towards the Oster golden a5 2speed. It's a little pricey though. |
It is definitely an investment by the time you get extra combs and blades, but well worth it in the long run. I believe Pet Edge still has them for about $130.
I've had mine for about eight years and would buy them again in a heartbeat.
