Well, the article mentioned that there is a law against dye animal so she violate that law.
And it said that they warned her several times so yes I think she deserve to be punished.
However I think it is such a stupid petty claim to go after.
I don't think dog was not in the danger or in pain.
I'm sure there are other criminals in town who really need to be punished. |
