You know your daughter better than any of us, I think its unfair to say that she def has an eating disorder. That may be the case but it may not be. you can try to monitor(without making it obvious) when she eats and what she does afterwards. if you see frequent trips to the bathroom after every meal then maybe she does has an eating disorder. some young woman actually have a hard time putting on weight, she may just be one of them. My cousin is now 26 and all her life she longed to gain weight and it just didnt happen. shes 5'5 102 pounds. while I do agree that 5'6 and 99 pounds is extremely thin sometimes people have different genetic makeups and are just naturally thin. so to answer your question, yes you should be concerned and look into the reasons it could be. Good luck and I hope she is not suffering from anything.
