You may have defective cartridges. You can try removing them and taking a q-tip dipped in alcohol and use it to clean the area where the ink is dispensed. My printer uses these same cartridges, that may help, but if not, I'd send an email to the company and let them know you have defective cartridges. You can try and take them back to the store if you still have the packaging and receipts and let them know and see if they'll exchange them.
