My friend with a Yorkie ordered a few larges since Gidget is 12" long and had heard they ran small. She said they were huge on Gidget and knew that if a medium was too small for Lady, that wouldn't work either. She ended up having to take a store credit.
It's too bad the sizing is so weird because they make cute things.
