What I mean is - 1f a dog is born with a KNOWN genetic problem that should be considered offense #1 - if ANOTHER is diagnosed - OFFENSE #2 - The 3rd would be 3 strikes and YOU'RE OUT !!! .... then they should be forced to spay/neuter - (Do I sound like a little Hitler here ? Yes it is. And if there was stiffer laws out in this world there wouldn't be so many babies sufferin' right now and homeless!!! I'm just so glad he's getting what he needs and he's so loved & wanted now!! Hugs
