Did you really expect to leave that house without that puppy tucked
under your arm
I would tale the potty pad outdoors when you take the other's out
to potty. Pups learn from each other. When the new pup sees the
other's going outdoor's I'm sure he'll catch on fast. Don't forget
a treat when he does. Good luck,
