Oh Dear God - those poor little dogs - I HATE that people breed indiscrimately and just do it for the FAST MONEY ! There should be more regulations but I'm sad to say - there probably won't ever be.....too bad some of these people don't have MANDATORY SPAY NEUTER per offense -
What I mean is - 1f a dog is born with a KNOWN genetic problem that should be considered offense #1 - if ANOTHER is diagnosed - OFFENSE #2 - The 3rd would be 3 strikes and YOU'RE OUT !!! .... then they should be forced to spay/neuter - (Do I sound like a little Hitler here ?
