I thought about taking my shepherd in and having them do surgery on her one ear that flops, but, I decided against it..she is who she is and I love her no matter what..I don't use her for breeding or show, so, it doesn't matter..I would say love the little guy for who he is and his personality and don't worry about the ears...if they're going to stand they will stand if not, then get another one with the ears up..
