every morn around 620a.m. - 6:50 a.m. we walk for like 3 -4 city blocks plus and avenue... and every tuesday we walk to puppy class which is like 20 blocks from my apt. b4 i was worried due to the heat and first time walking too far that i would carry him most of the way. he loves to run crossing the streets so ive been getting a work out too .. ive lost like 4 lbs ... eeeeeeeek
this past tuesday he practically walked all the way home. i think our walks are building up his stamina but once we get home he is completely KNOCKED OUT!!! LIGHTS OUT... PUT A FORK IN HIM HES DONE ... OUT!!!
