LOL, yeah, I really need to venture into tofu again. I made tofu stroganoff around 14 years ago and it was soooo bad! I need to get that one bad experience out of my head. Shoot, 14 years ago, anything I cooked was a crap shoot.

I have seen the tempeh slabs and I have a recipe that sounds great so I'm going to give it a shot. You're so lucky you have restaurants that serve things like that- we sure don't!
