Geeeeezzzzzzzzzz! My daughter and I have the same problem. The groomer is a dear friend, but Always shaves the Nose. It makes them look like they have a moustache
I usually take them and my daughter will remind me "tell her not to shave the Nose"! Of course they are cute no matter what, but the teddy face look is sooooooo sweet and cuddly. Also, I just recently made a Big decision for me anyway to have her shave Bella's ears to see if the right one would stand. Top not gone!
I hated that I had requested the ears shaved then. She had so much hair on the head at that time. Gone! So Frustrating. I want to learn to groom!!
