Hey, there is nothing that can be done to her coat, -That she won't still be as "cute as a bug in a rug" as the old saying goes! She is just a doll!
I'd be mad, too- esp. since you told them you were growing coat out!
If Banjo ever goes to a grommer- I want to stay and watch- will they let you do that????
