my furkids stay home. I don't have tiny ones that I can squeeze into a bag and besides for me its inconvenient. If I'm out for several hours I know they are home safe pooping, eating( hopefully not eating their pooping
) and playing.
I also don't feel guilty for leaving them home because they have each other and 2 cats to torment. While people may feel the the OP comment was uncalled for, everyone is entitled to their opinion. If you wouldn't leave a baby in the car , same goes for a dog, they cant defend themselves other than cry/bark. Whether you live in a small town or big city things happen, Small town doesn't mean safer town , just my .02
