A bellyband is a piece of cloth with Velcro that slips over male dogs mid section. When used with a sanitary pad, they help prevent male dogs marking. Some people with unneutered dogs use them when the dogs are in the house. They should not be used as a diaper. They don't really teach anything, they just keep the house cleaner.
