9 weeks old is so young for him to be left alone all day. My suggestion is to get another puppy. I would get either another Yorkie or some other toy breed.
I also don't like the idea of a dog being locked in the bathroom. I would rather get a large expen and put a smaller crate inside it. He'll go in there and sleep and come out to do his business and play. But please consider getting him a playmate. He will be much happier than being alone all day. It's really sad for him to be alone like that for so much of his life. |
