I am so sorry! I totally know how you feel! We had a VERY BAD experience @ Petsmart! Addison was there for hours and they had forgot about her!
They tried to make up for it by rushing her but I just took her home! I know it was an accident but we no longer use the grooming services there. It seems like there is too much turnover in employment. We do however still use our fave nail trimmer! He rocks!
