I just called them and they said she would be ready around 6!!!!!

I'm going to pick her up right now...I dropped her off around 11 thinking she'll be done by now, but this is getting ridiculous. This happened before to Belle at Petsmart and we haven't been there since. I DID NOT expect this from a small business groomer, especially since they did so well with Belle when we took her there a month ago. GOSH, I AM NEVER going there again. WHY can't I find a DECENT groomer in my area?!?!
