I agree to a certain point....children and even adults can bring in about the same amount of contaimantion to food, counter tops, railings, food cans, ect.. as animals can. I don't see how keeping a small dog in a carrier that makes no noise or gets out of the bag can harm anything...again JMHO (whether it be wrong or right). I catch more sickness from the kids at school, my daughter and granddaughter than I have from my dogs LOL.
