Hmm...a misunderstanding I think. "Preconceived" about things they are the driving force for, not "preconceived" for PETA itself...if that makes any sense.

Agreed that it's probably the result of getting caught in the middle of something they should have never done. No arguing there, but they are trying to right their mistakes...take it where you can get it. And yes, they do owe it, IMO.
