With lots of antibiotics and care, my rescues are looking better. The little Maltese girl (Shay) was so shy, but is starting to warmup to me. I honestly think she has rarely been out of a crate. Caj, the yorkie male, will come to me, but cowers down at my feet. They are both starting to play around and it's fun to see them with the others. I thought I would get them healthy and clean and then rehome them, but they'll be staying with me.
Heck, what's another cup of food and a vet bill here and there compared to the enjoyment I'm already receiving.
