I am wondering if he just didn't eat too much chicken. It is not bad for them, (it is good, actually) but maybe he has just eaten too much. You may want to cut back just a little and give him the chicken along with the food in the normal amount suggested. If you give him the full amount of food plus the chicken, his little tummy may just not be able to handle it. Oh, and pumpkin is to get a dog to go, loosen the stool. I would be careful with pumpkin if tummy is upset. You are a good candidate for a Yorkie. I have always been a cat person, but Yorkies seem to have a lot of cat qualities. (Please don't jump on me for those of you who may not agree). One especially is that mine always looks at me like "If I come to you, what is in it for me?" Best of luck with your new baby.
