I dont breed but I would have them spayed or neutered before they left. You have to wonder why so many people in the classifieds are selling puppies for cheap without papers, you got to wonder if its because they were suppose to be spayed or neutered first. Or I am sure it wouldnt be hard to find papers of another registry.
