Oh, it also says this in my cat's contract (I guess in the event the kitten wasn't spayed for some reason before being placed)...

"Buyer understands that this feline has been spayed or neutered. Or Buyer must spay/neuter said feline after 2 weeks of purchase date, and before 8 weeks from purchase date. Failure to comply with this agreement will result in the buyer owing the Seller an additional $500.00….Buyer understands and agrees if any of the terms in this agreement are disregarded, that Seller may reclaim this feline and any offspring without refund of purchase price, as Seller’s sole property"

So there would be a penalty and she could reclaim the cat and any offspring if her contract was broken
