My 14 and 13 year olds seemed to go start puberty at age 12. They were in the 6th grade.
My 11 1/2 year old just started to get moody, at first I thought he needed his ADHD meds looked into because he never gives us problems with being moody, he's just our hyper on with the attention span of a fley child. When we went for his checkup his doctor told us that he would most likely hit a growth spurt soon too. My son got all happy and asked if he would be taller then his mom and his doctor thought is was funny, I am a shorty at 4 feet 11 inches, Lincoln can't wait to be taller then me. He is #3 out of the 4 boy's and his younger brother is taller then him!
