[F]I would be seriously upset too if the doc. didn't come in and talk to me after. People think we are crazy for treating our pups like humans, but they have feelings too and we care for them just as much

If you do comb the puppy then i def. wouldn't shave off all it's hair (although if it is anything like mine, the hair grows SUPER fast). I had my pups hair taken down to where it was approx. 1.5inches long, and he looked super cute

Like the person before me said, i would try detangling shampoo or a leave-in conditioner first.
