Hello,

My baby was spayed yesterday and to make a very long story short, I am so upset with the vet and comments by the vet tech. People outside of YorkieTalk.com don’t seem to understand my frustration and need to vent.
First question – is it normal for the doctor to talk to us after surgery? I didn’t SEE him at ALL. We only saw the vet tech. I would have liked him to at least say hello, everything went well, etc. Second question – due to matting, they recommend that I shave all of her hair off and start over. She’s almost 6 months. I’m too upset to get into the details – yes we do comb and brush her daily. My question is – how long will it take the hair to grow back to at least a “puppy cut” if she is shaved down? Thanks!
