Yep...always. There have only been 2 times that I made the exception. Once was with a boy I placed with someone my family has known a very long time. I know the kind of responsible pet owner she is and left it up to her....but he will NOT be bred. The other exception is the girl that I have (Lexi) that I held back. Other than that, they have left my home either s/n or with the understanding that the new owner will be having it done.
