Ellie had red bruises by her nipples and she had tons of bumps (small and large) under her incision. Then a couple of her staples twisted and it looked irritated. One of the inside sutures tried poking through her skin and one of the bumps burst. This can all be normal but that picture looks strange. I thought I was missing something because it looks weird. I would call the vet and they will tell you what to do. They need to give a good answer or tell you to bring her in. The visit should be free if they are nice.
