The last nice thing we did wasn't much. Our neighbors down the hall just had a baby last December and the dad works with my dad but he was laid off. We had a Wal-Mart bag full of extra size one diapers we had from our son and hubby took them to them. He said they were very grateful and it would help out bunches. I felt great knowing I was helping someone out.
