I'm going through the same thing! I have sent numerous emails to customer support and everytime I receive a response that my peticure will ship out that week, but it never does! The last email I received from them said I'd have it by the end of the month, but low and behold, the end of the month has come and gone and I still have no peticure. Poor Tucker's nails are getting out of control, but I keep hoping and waiting that my Peticure will arrive!
