Another thing that concerns me is that he is only 10 weeks old which means he's probably only had 1 vaccination. Puppies at this age are not protected against diseases. It's really dangerous to take a young puppy to parks and other areas where dogs have been. I'd be really concerned about him picking up Parvo, parasites, or other diseases. If he starts vomitting or having diarrhea, get him to a vet ASAP.

If it's hypoglycemia, he needs some to get his blood sugar back up. The syrup will give him an instant spike but then its important he eat as well. If he starts to get worse or the syrup & food aren't helping - he needs to go to the vet.
