This is always a tough question. I don't want to find a dog in any grocery store or restaurant. I know most of these little ones are not a problem, but you have to consider people who are allergic to dogs. Also people, especially children, who are afraid of dogs. If any establishment is going to allow dogs, it should be made very public. And please consider that if you can bring your Yorkie, the next person can bring their Rottweiler.
