Well you have three options 1) home cook or 2) wait it out.. he WILL eat when he is hungry... (is he perhaps not eating because the chicken made him feel sick???) 3) switch foods...
i know it is hard to "starve" them but if he is in fact being stubborn, he will eat it eventually
