I really could not say how they would do on the Canidae. There are lots of things that can cause allergies. Often dogs that have been over vaccinated can develop allergies. I always think it is good to rotate dog foods whether they have allergies or not. Rotating foods could keep them from developing allergies. You might also look at Fromm's Duck and Sweet Potato, mine really liked the samples I got of it but I can't remember how much it costs.
