Toto eats her morning wet food from a glass bowl which goes directly into the dishwasher. I keep stainless water bowls in the kitchen & bedroom and I clean them once daily or more than once if it doesn't look like water I would drink!!
She is pretty "anal" about her water and lets me know if it's not "acceptable"!!
She gets dry kibble [about 1 T.] twice a day and for this I use a small Dixie bowl and then just throw it away. I just can't stand it if her eating/drinking "utensils" aren't clean and germ free!
