We were watching Leno lastnight, he said they just passed a law where all dogs had to be spayed/neutered there...Wondering how that is going to work with the breeders...He said something about the show dogs wouldn't have to be spayed/neutered, but I'm wondering how they decide which breeders, if they're NOT showing, can keep breeding??
