I remember once a long time ago reading a thread about a Yorkie who was found and kept w/out trying to find the true owners. This thread reminds me somewhat of it... It is just not right to claim something that isn't rightfully yours.
The Yorkie's have (real) owners and just as children, just because you suspect abuse/neglect you can't just "take" them. You have to go through the proper channels and put your emotions aside. Situations like these need to be handled in a legal manner.
I hope this story has a happy ending for these two little Yorkies.
