WOO!! You say it girl! I have known so many people in retail and the service industry, and they all say the exact same thing! People don't know the kind of customers that are out there!! I've worked in a restaurant since I was 15. I've seen a guy light his wallet on fire, waited on lung transplant patients, TONS of people that don't speak English, many, many drunks, perverts, abusive husbands, drugged out grandmas, people that walk out on their tabs... the list goes on and on. So you just let it out, Jamie! You gotta vent if you wanna go back the next day and do it all over again!
