OMG I am so angry when I read your post. I cannot believe that lady did that! I think if I would see my baby cut ( and we are growing his coat to be long) I think I would run to get my scissors and I would cut the lady's hair off! Then I would say oh I think you had a matt part in your hair. On the serious note it does sound like she was jealous. Definitely call her up and tell her how you feel. Knowing myself I dont think I would ever be able to be friends with that person ever again.
