 stay at home mom here
I don't know why you had to go and make it a stay at home mom over working mom issue but I have been both and I have had 3jobs and been a single mom and let me tell you ... I am now a stay at home mother of 4 and BY FAR and away being a stay at home mom is much much more taxing. There is never a break... you do the same things everyday... and you can ever walk away to the break room to calm down or go out back and have a smoke. I have done both and while I feel what I do now has its rewards and I am EXTREMELY grateful to my husband for living less than we would have to so I can.... some days I miss going to work...talking to adults... having a second to take a "potty break" by myself.... or not have something attached to my titty all day!
That doesn't take away from the bad days you have or hard work you do. I have been a waitress, sales girl, customer service rep, bank teller, Xerox sales rep, radio sales girl, food service sales girl...lol... I have just about done it all... and people are a-holes... but there are good people out there... I just don't get to talk to them anymore...lol |
