Smokey wears bellybands.....we use serenity pads...they hold more so you only have to change at the most twice a day......right now we are fine most of the time...but there are days when i have to change him twice.....he shows me because he starts licking under it and biting at the edges.....Smart boy.......we tried Poise pads....but he leaked through them in just 3 or 4 hours.......good luck with "little man"
