Hello!
I also have a 8 week old yorkie, "Marley", who has the same thing.
Our vet said that they could possibly put some kind of retainer on him to correct this in a few months but he has to be nutured in order for them to do so. Has anyone else encountered the same problem? Thanks for the feedback!
