I think cottage cheese and yogurt would be fine in small amount. A little milk won't harm her but it is not a 'healthy' food for dogs. I am 'anti-milk' even for humans because of all the bad things I have read about it. JMHO Now fresh cows milk or goats milk would be a different story but it is too hard to find the real thing. I think canned milk is okay for orphaned puppies but adults just don't need milk. There are so many healthy choices for treats like carrots, apples, steam broccoli, sweet potatoes, etc.
