A small amount of milk once a week isn't going to hurt. You would need to discontinue if it causes GI upset.

The first ingredient in some yogurt is milk (cottage cheese is made from milk too) and that is pasteurized. Cottage cheese is just easier for animals to digest than milk. Cottage cheese is also an ingredient in Innova.

If you are concerned about the fat content, give skim.
If you want to give cottage cheese but are worried about the sodium and fat, give low sodium and non or low fat.
Plain yogurt is fine too (even flavored on occasion with NO artificial sweetners). I like Stonyfield the best.

All that being said, I think cottaga cheese and yogurt are more easily digested, so I give those and stay away from plain milk.
