I would never give a dog pasteurized milk for the following reasons:

MILK - Some pets can tolerate small amounts of milk. But generally most dogs and cats find it very hard to digest milk because they lack a certain enzyme to properly break down the lactose. It can ferment in the intestines and cause diarrhea. Also the pasteurized milk we get from our supermarket is heavily heated which damages the proteins in milk. Calves that were feed pasteurized milk died before maturity.
